Privacy notice

Your booking details

When you book a viewing of the Snitterby 68a show home, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and any notes you choose to share. We use these only to arrange and manage your viewing — for example to confirm your slot or contact you about it. We keep booking details only for as long as needed to run the viewings and handle any follow-up you ask for.

Website measurement (Meta)

This page uses the Meta Pixel, a piece of code from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram), to measure how the page is used. It records page views and when a viewing booking is completed. This helps us understand whether our Facebook and Instagram advertising leads to bookings, and lets Meta show our ads to people more likely to be interested.

The pixel is switched off for visitors in the UK and Europe, where this kind of measurement requires consent. If you visit from elsewhere, the pixel may set or read cookies on your device and share your browsing activity on this page with Meta. You can opt out of this at any time through your browser's cookie settings or through Meta's ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to withdraw from any measurement. To do so, or with any privacy question, contact us via trueloveproperty.co.uk/contact or call 01522 526979.
